“That doesn’t prove anything, I was wrong once in the last five minutes.” She said, swinging his hand back and forth between their bodies as they walked. “No, I like Jasper better because it’s who you really are. Lucky you, I was none of the above. Just a scared to death girl who’d never bought cigarettes before.” Sophia smirked as she thought about that night. It was a life changing moment to say the least. “Why can’t you tell me?”
"Well, that’s true. I mean– you did tell me the first person who went– how many days without sleeping.” Jasper shrugged, intertwining their fingers together as they continued to walk. She seemed to be asking a lot of questions that he didn’t know the answer to. A part of him wanted her to be his, but another part of him knew he’d only be putting her in peril. “How about you tell me what you want?”
